Thank you for shopping with Jai. Because our pre-order items are crafted specifically for you, please review our production and shipping guidelines below.


1. Order Confirmation

  • Payment: Pre-orders are processed only after full payment is received.
  • Reservation: Once your order is placed, your item is immediately reserved and sent to our production team.

2. Production Time

  • Timeline: Production takes approximately 10–15 working days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays).
  • Notifications: Delays may occur due to fabric availability, customization complexity, or shipping conditions. We will notify you immediately if your order is delayed.

3. Customization

  • Deadlines: Any customization (size changes, sleeve adjustments, specific measurements, etc.) must be finalized before production starts.
  • Finality: Once production begins, we are unable to make any changes to the order.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Non-Cancellable: Pre-orders cannot be canceled once the production process has started.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because pre-order items are made specifically to your request, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless:

  • The item is received damaged.
  • The item is not as described or has a production defect.

Condition: Eligible returns must be sent back unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

6. Sizing Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
  • While we are happy to provide guidance and advice upon request, the final decision on sizing rests with the customer.

7. Shipping & Customs

  • Timelines: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
  • Duties: Customs, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and may vary by country.
