Thank you for choosing Jai. Because our pieces are made specifically for you, we adhere to a dedicated production and fulfillment process. Please review our terms before placing your order.
1. Order Confirmation & Payment
- Processing: Pre-orders are processed only after full payment is received.
- Reservation: Once your order is placed, your item is officially reserved and sent to our production team.
2. Production Timeline
- Standard Time: Production typically takes 10–15 working days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays).
- Potential Delays: While we strive for punctuality, delays may occur due to fabric availability, customization complexity, or shipping conditions. We will notify you immediately should any delay arise.
3. Customization Requests
- Initial Request: All customizations (size changes, sleeve adjustments, specific measurements, etc.) must be clearly mentioned before production begins.
- Finality: Once an item has entered the production phase, no further changes or modifications can be made.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Active Production: Pre-orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
- Early Cancellation: If a cancellation is requested before production begins, we offer store credit only. We do not provide cash refunds for pre-order cancellations.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Since pre-order items are manufactured specifically for your request, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item has a clear production defect or is not as described.
Note: To be eligible for a return in these cases, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
6. Sizing Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size at the time of purchase.
- While Jai is happy to provide sizing guidance upon request, the final decision remains the customer's responsibility.
7. Shipping & Customs
- Timelines: Shipping duration varies depending on the destination country.
- Duties: Any customs fees, duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by region.
